THE CHALLENGE
Operational information is difficult to use when asset records, context and responsibilities are spread across multiple places. Teams need a direct way to find a record, understand what it represents and see the details relevant to their work.
WHAT WE DID
Our work includes an internal infrastructure inventory application with searchable asset records, focused detail views, connections between relevant records and role-based access to information and actions.
WHAT IT ENABLES
An authorized team member can locate a record, inspect its associated information and understand the relevant operational context without switching between disconnected lists.
